I called another foundation company back in September and they wanted me to get all kinds of work done for my home. So I called kelly at Elite for a second opinion. He was truthful honest and as soon as he came out to inspect my home. He told me he can tell I had 2 plumbing leaks under my house. He got me in contact with a plumber he trusted and told me to get it fixed and call back in 6 months. Which is why I'm writing today 3-22-24. I had the 2 leaks fixed which the plumber was honest aswell and fair pricing. Kelly came out today ran another report on my home and to tell me the good news. That I do not need any foundation work on my home. This was such a relief to my soul and to my walet. Kelly doesn't get anything from this transaction form telling me i had a plumbing leak to now telling me I have no foundation issues. This is truly just an honest man doing honest work. Elite foundation were fair with their estimate and honest about the recommendation. After talking to 10 different companies i chose them for a reason that they were more honest in their approach and selection. They were receptive and open to discussion and Wei came out at-least 3 times, whoever else will do that? Crew on the work day was great, Gary was really good, kept me involved and did not leave until we both said Done. Very minimal cracks so far. I will do another review after 3 months, to feedback where we stand. really happy so far as this is nervous expedition, and you want to team with the folks who can guide u better and with confidence.
