I would highly recommend Alex elite foundation! This was the first time we’ve dealt with our foundation and was at a loss. My realtor recommended Elite and I’m so glad that we went with the firm. They were on time, super responsive and went through the entire process with us. I knew they were legit when they said they needed to get a permit for the work which required a structural engineee and a plumber to do pre and post inspections.

Jefferie Ellison was absolutely awesome! We asked him and a couple of other companies for an estimate on our foundation issues. He was very professional and patient in his explanation of our specific situation. More impressive was the fact that he actually recommended that we go with a different solution than what he offers. He told us the company that he recommended and they did a great job.
It is so rare these days to find a company/person that will actually pass on a chance to make a buck when they know it's the right thing for the customer. We really appreciated his candor and are completely confident that any work he would do would be equally impressive.

All I can say is Kelly Chancellor is the best guy for you to call. I called another foundation company back in September and they wanted me to get all kinds of work done for my home. So I called kelly at Elite for a second opinion. He was truthful honest and as soon as he came out to inspect my home. He told me he can tell I had 2 plumbing leaks under my house. He got me in contact with a plumber he trusted and told me to get it fixed and call back in 6 months. Which is why I'm writing today 3-22-24. I had the 2 leaks fixed which the plumber was honest aswell and fair pricing. Kelly came out today ran another report on my home and to tell me the good news. That I do not need any foundation work on my home. This was such a relief to my soul and to my walet. Kelly doesn't get anything from this transaction form telling me i had a plumbing leak to now telling me I have no foundation issues. This is truly just an honest man doing honest work. CALL CALL CALL him if you need foundation repair for your home.

We had previous foundation work done on our home by someone else but it seemed to be failing. A friend recommended Elite Foundation and we loved working with Wai and his team. Wai was great at explaining what he felt needed to be done, was upfront about the pricing (which I found to be fair) and walked us through things we should be looking out for, as well as questions we should be asking as the process went on. We felt very comfortable with both Wai and the crew that came to work on our home. The whole team was responsive, punctual, and professional. Everything was done in a timely manner and cleaned up nicely. We're very pleased!

This is my first review. We had this foundation issue that scared the hell out of me. Luckily meeting people like Wei helped a lot to get clear picture. Elite foundation were fair with their estimate and honest about the recommendation. After talking to 10 different companies i chose them for a reason that they were more honest in their approach and selection. They were receptive and open to discussion and Wei came out at-least 3 times, whoever else will do that? Crew on the work day was great, Gary was really good, kept me involved and did not leave until we both said Done. Very minimal cracks so far. I will do another review after 3 months, to feedback where we stand.
really happy so far as this is nervous expedition, and you want to team with the folks who can guide u better and with confidence.

Jeffrey went above and beyond helping fix our garage! Raised the garage up perfectly level and then helped repair the cracked brickwork. Top notch service at a great price! He’s the only guy I use!
